1) Terms and Conditions: By ordering or booking from Sharmila Hair, Holistics & Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions as outlined.

2) Deposit: A non refundable deposit of £5 per person is required at time of booking to secure dates. The balance is due 7 working days before the commencement of any party

3) Notice, Cancellation and lateness: 24 hours cancellation notice is required, Sharmila Hair, Holistics & Beauty reserves the right not to refund any monies in the event of failure of notice. A rebooking maybe made without further cost if the correct notice is given.

i) Sharmila Hair, Holistics & Beauty reserves the right not to accept any late arrivals.

4) Alterations by You: If, after you have confirmed your booking, you wish to make any alteration, Sharmila Hair, Holistics & Beauty will try to accommodate. You may transfer your booking to a person who satisfies all the conditions applicable to the package if you inform Sharmila Hair, Holistics & Beauty by telephone in the first instance, and confirm in writing 7 days before the party enclosing any difference in cost.

5) Alterations by Us: Sharmila Hair, Holistics & Beauty reserves the right at any time to substitute treatments or make alterations to the treatment menu which become necessary due to circumstances beyond our control and undertake to inform the client or agent of any such changes as soon as possible. Where this involves additional expenditure, such charges must be borne by the client or if the charges are not acceptable, a full and prompt refund will be given. In all other circumstances where cancellation is unavoidable, we will make a full and prompt refund of all monies paid by the client.

6) Treatments: Beauty and holistic treatments are offered as per our ‘menu’ and must be pre-booked as indicated on our booking form.

i) The party offers 30 minutes of treatments per person. Each person can have one 30 minute treatment or two 15 minute treatments.

ii) Extra treatments are available subject to time and other conditions. Extra treatments would carry an additional cost as per our normal price list. Please speak to your therapist with regards to costs and practicality.

iii) Some treatments may have a minimum (and maximum) age limit or other restrictions. Participants must be aged 18 or over, unless a specific ‘Young Angels’ party is booked.

7) Contra-indications: Treatments will begin with a short consultation form being completed to ensure awareness of any areas which may be deemed local, total or medically referred contra indications, this practice is recognised as part of standard procedure by our insurers. In this respect you will be asked to sign a confirmation of information given.

8) Pictures: On occasions Sharmila Hair, Holistics & Beauty will wish to take promotional photographs to be used in promotion material and on our website. To this end will respect the wishes of the individual and ask their permission before we use any photograph.

i) The copyright to any photograph taken belongs to Sharmila Hair, Holistics & Beauty and no monies or royalties will be paid in its use.

ii) All pictures on the website, or in promotional material, when used as examples of our packages are used only as samples of our events and activities. Actual event or activity may differ from picture.
